Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big:Set and drive the UI/UX design vision for the product's digital interfaces, such as web interfaces, desktop apps, and native HMI systems.Participate in UX research and design processes, iterating and finalizing UX designs across various platforms used by the company.Collaborate daily with frontend developers, product owners, and other designers; mentor and guide UI/UX colleagues in best practices.Apply strong graphic design skills to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.Update UI design based on customer and user feedback, market adaptation, or changes in the brand style guide.Communicate and present design solutions to customers and stakeholders.Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards within the teams.Review and optimize existing user interface designs by identifying and troubleshooting UX problems.Support acceptance, usability, and accessibility tests to ensure design implementations meet user needs and quality standards.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:Education: Academic degree in Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a similar field; Experience and Know-how: Strong graphic design skills, with a good understanding of color and layout; Knowledge of User-Centered Design methods; Familiarity with user interface design patterns and guidelines for responsive web applications, desktop software, and HMI systems; Understanding of accessibility principles and standards (e.G., WCAG); Experience with up-to-date design tools (ideally Sketch, Abstract, Figma); Personality: Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work and communicate design solutions in iterations; Growth mindset – willingto learn whatever you don't know yet; Willingness to work in amultinational team environment; Accountability and proactivity.Communication: Good communication skills, both in Portuguese and English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
