Engine B is now looking for a UX/UI Designer to join their team.
Key responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final UI design.
Create high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and user flows that enhance usability and engagement.
Conduct usability testing to refine designs and improve user satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA Engineers to ensure the seamless integration of UI/UX design within the product lifecycle.
Use JIRA for managing design tasks, tracking ticket progress, and maintaining transparency in team processes.
Lead user research efforts to gain insights into user needs, pain points, and preferences, ensuring that designs are empathetic to user requirements.
Develop intuitive interfaces and interactions that align with the user journey, ensuring the product's value is easily understood and accessible.
Gather and analyze user feedback, using data to guide continuous improvements in UI/UX design.
Main requirements 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within tech or AI-driven environments.
Proficiency in Figma for design creation and JIRA for ticket management and workflow organization.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to adapt to iterative development cycles.
Advanced understanding of user experience principles and product lifecycle stages.
Familiarity with design thinking processes and methodology.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a user-centered approach to design.
Strong project management skills, capable of overseeing design tasks from concept through to completion.
