As a leader in sustainable transportation, we innovate solutions for electrification, automation, and digitization.As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate closely with our development team to translate complex technical requirements into visually compelling and functional interfaces.If you are passionate about Figma, wireframing, and bringing creative solutions to life, this is the role for you.This is a product-related role, as most of the scope of work will be related to product development in Android devices used within the railway sector.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly, and user-centric designs; Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma; Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and enhance designs based on user feedback; Maintain and evolvedesign systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms; Ensure that designsare responsive and accessible, following best practices and industry standards; Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from clients and team members; Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.Your Qualifications – Must HaveAt least 2 years in UX/UI design, preferably with a focus on web and mobile applications; Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, from ideation to implementation; Proficiency in Figma; Strong experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating design systems; Solid understandingof responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles; Experience working closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs; Strong communication and presentation skills; A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail; Fluent English speaking and writing skills.Your Qualifications – Nice to HaveFamiliarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar; Experience with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) is a plus; Basic Cloud concepts, such as AWS, are a plus
