What you will do: Discover: You find out where the shoe really pinches users and stakeholders. Define: You discover opportunities that connect user needs with business interests. Design: You develop user-centred strategies and concepts for applications, services and digital communication. Deliver: as part of an interdisciplinary team, you ensure the quality of the solution all the way to the end. You support the moderation of workshops with users, customers, colleagues and external experts.
