What you will do: Discover: You find out where the shoe really pinches users and stakeholders.Define: You discover opportunities that connect user needs with business interests.Design: You develop user-centred strategies and concepts for applications, services and digital communication.Deliver: as part of an interdisciplinary team, you ensure the quality of the solution all the way to the end.You support the moderation of workshops with users, customers, colleagues and external experts.
