We are seeking a talented and passionate UX Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in crafting the user experience of our market intelligence platform. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging interfaces that empower our users to seamlessly navigate and interact with complex data. Key Responsibilities UX/UI Design : Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and gather feedback. Design user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns that optimize usability and efficiency. Maintain and expand our existing design system for consistency and scalability. Prototype Development : Transform user stories and requirements into high-fidelity Figma prototypes. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine prototypes. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis. Collaboration and Implementation : Work closely with engineering teams to refine and implement design concepts. Provide detailed design specifications and assets to developers. Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the development process. Continuous Learning and Development : Stay updated with the latest trends in UX/UI design, user research, and accessibility. Participate in design critiques, workshops, and training sessions. Contribute to the growth of the design team by mentoring junior designers. Who We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in UX/UI design, preferably in data products or market intelligence platforms. Proficiency in Figma and other design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills and a user-centered design process.
