Your New Role Are you a creative UX Designer with a passion for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences that go beyond just front-end design? Join our team as a UX Designer and play a key role in shaping the usability and efficiency of our global products Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors and pain points, particularly in logistical processes Develop innovative design solutions, creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications Ensure design solutions integrate with back-end systems, optimizing workflow and operational efficiency Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment with project goals Iterate on designs based on user and stakeholder feedback, focusing on optimizing logistical workflows Plan and conduct usability tests, analyzing results to enhance user experience and logistical efficiency Create and maintain detailed design specifications and guidelines to support development and QA teams What You'll Need Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field; additional experience or education in logistics is a plus Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications, particularly in logistical contexts Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices Ability to create holistic design solutions considering both front-end interfaces and back-end processes Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD; basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex logistical requirements into functional designs Excellent communication and collaboration skill High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design work Good knowledge of English
