A decade ago JobCloud conceived a concept ahead of its time - a product designed to efficiently manage and optimize the usage of the customer's hiring budget while identifying the optimal channels to maximize the visibility of job ads (AI/ML are key to optimizing this process) and effectively reach the target public (potential employees).

What do we need from you? Imagine creating a tool that not only refines the recruitment process but also transforms the candidate experience. We are developing a state-of-the-art task management tool that will be the heart of our programmatic recruitment software's user interface. As a UX designer, your expertise will be pivotal in designing an interface that is both intuitive and efficient, directly impacting user behaviour and satisfaction. What you will be doing:Create and iterate interface designs and user flows, from low-fidelity wireframes to production-ready visual designsWork cross-functionally with Product Managers, Software Engineers and Researchers to shape and innovate featuresDissect problems and product requirements into great UX solutions that fit the product and complete features in time and budgetResults-oriented for the end-user and the businessDeliver modern and consistent visual designWhat we are looking for:A UX Designer with at least 5 years of experience, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your workExpertise in design principles, including typography, color theory, and layouts for cross-device experiencesExcellent collaboration and communication skills, especially within cross-functional teamsProactive mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamVery good English skills.Contract details: This is a freelance opportunityThe mission is expected to last 3-6 months, with a workload of approximately 15-20 hours per weekHourly rate: €50 to €75About the company:As Switzerland's leading digital hub, with almost 80% of all Swiss consumer internet traffic passing across our websites and apps, we provide our media and platforms with enabling technology solutions, to drive their businesses.
