Essential to build simple experiences with empathyAutonomy in leading all the working flow from concept to completionStrong knowledge of UX best practicesPassionate about solving complex design challenges together with product teamsExcellent communication skills, and a robust design point of viewAccountable and used to fast-paced environment (start-up environment)High level of enthusiasm and desire to learn.
