Nokia is looking for a passionate User Experience Designer

As a UX Designer, you would work closely with our team of experts, bringing your exceptional design skills and user-centric approach to creating cutting-edge applications that solve real-world problems for our telecom and enterprise customers. Your experience with product design and development and knowledge of design best practices will help us achieve innovation, consistency, and scalability across our product line, ensuring seamless and intuitive customer experiences.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
We are looking for a UX Designer to help us create innovative solutions for our products.
As part of the team, you will:
Produce storyboards, wireframes, visual mockups and prototypes to communicate the desired user experience effectively
Showcase the end-to-end design process across multiple projects
Possess excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Solve user and business goals using user-centered design methodologies
Work with PMs and developers to ensure the quality implementation of your designs
Collect and synthesize feedback from researchers, end users and stakeholders
Use data to identify areas of improvement and differentiation
Skillfully present your designs to stakeholders for review and feedback

Key Skills And Experience
Your skills and experience:
A diploma or degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction or a related field
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Miro
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Must have ability to deal with complex concepts and details
It would be nice if you also had:
Experience using or building a Design System
The ability to conduct user research
Experience designing complex B2B enterprise applications
