Adecco Recruitment is recruiting for a prestigeous client in the online advertising field, based in Porto, that is looking to integrate an User Acquisition Specialist (M/F) in its team.
As a User Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new users for our new product. You will utilize a combination of digital marketing channels, data analysis, and creative thinking to drive user acquisition and optimize conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, experience with performance marketing platforms, and a proven track record of driving user growth.
Responsibilities Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth and meet acquisition targets. Create and optimize campaigns across various digital marketing platforms to maximize ROI and achieve cost-efficient user acquisition. Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition efforts with overall business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user acquisition and digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance performance. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Create and execute user engagement and retention strategies. Develop a deep understanding of the customer experience and data flow from acquisition and engagement to drive conversions & revenues. Profile Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on user acquisition. Proven track record of driving user growth and acquisition through digital marketing channels. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, etc.). In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Programmatic Platforms, etc. Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
