Location: Remote (Based in Porto) Role: German-Speaking Customer Service Representative Start Date: 21st October 2024 Key Responsibilities: As a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative for this leading cruise line project, your main duties will include: Selling cruise packages: Handling inbound calls from customers interested in booking their next vacation. You will assist them with all their inquiries and help them find the perfect cruise package tailored to their needs. Cross-Selling and Upselling: You will identify opportunities to suggest upgrades, special packages, and additional products to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales. Customer Support for Post-Booking: Assisting customers with any questions or changes they may need after booking, ensuring their trip runs smoothly. Booking Management for Travel Agents: Providing professional support to travel agents with their client bookings, ensuring that every detail is correctly processed and meets customer expectations. Advising on Cruise Information: Be the expert that customers turn to for all their queries about destinations, ships, required travel documentation, pricing, and other essential travel information. This role will also involve solving customer problems, answering product and service-related questions, and providing overall assistance with both pre-booking inquiries and post-booking concerns. Work Schedule: Rotative 40 hours a week: Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00 Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00 Occasional availability: You must occasionally be available from 08:00 - 19:00 Days off: 2 days per week (rotative schedule) Training and Onboarding: You will be fully prepared for the role through 4 weeks of dedicated training, which includes: 2-week training: Comprehensive product training on cruise packages, upselling techniques, booking systems, and customer service skills. 2-week nesting: Practice your skills in a live environment with support from experienced colleagues before transitioning to the full role. What We Offer: Competitive Salary: 1,100EUR per month (paid 14 times a year). Sales Bonus: Earn up to 120EUR additional per month through sales performance.
