As a Customer Support you will: Support of all End -User's requests in French mainly by emails and calls Communicate with customers via email or chat to provide product information, take or enter orders, cancel accounts or obtain claim details Prepare, maintain and review purchasing records Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism What do we expect? You speak French (at least C2 level) You live in Aveiro (Portugal) and you are ready to work in our office there You are customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with people What do we offer?
