Management and organization of the first and second level support team, including personnel management and resource management with around 20 employees Establishing innovative support solutions, such as AI-based support and chat functionalities for our clinic IT support Optimization of the roll-out process and implementation of effective life cycle management for hardware and software Promotion of an open, performance-oriented team culture with support for team members in their further development Ensuring stable, smooth operations by optimizing and automating processes and defining KPIs and you bring the following with you.... Completed university degree in computer science or comparable disciplines (Bachelor, Diploma FH); alternatively: completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification, with relevant professional experience Several years of experience in IT support and team management, ideally in a hospital environment People manager: ability to inspire and develop a team through motivational leadership and clear communication Knowledge of modern support technologies, especially AI-supported tools and lifecycle management for IT end devices High social skills, strong problem-solving skills and assertiveness Very good German language skills and expression, at least good written and spoken English skills Ideally you have an ITIL certificate ... then we definitely want to get to know you!
