Accountabilities:
As a Service Designer, you will be responsible for understanding and addressing employee pain points related to knowledge access and workflow efficiency. You will drive the design of new processes and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee needs. Your role will involve collaborating with IT and knowledge teams to translate identified pain points into actionable service designs. You will also foster a culture of service innovation and continuous improvement, providing guidance and support on service design best practices.
