We are seeking a talented Service Designer to be a part of our Universal Service Experience project, an initiative aimed at transforming the way our employees access support and resources. This is your chance to make a significant impact on our mission of enhancing the employee experience and transforming patient outcomes.
Accountabilities: As a Service Designer, you will be responsible for understanding and addressing employee pain points related to knowledge access and workflow efficiency. You will drive the design of new processes and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee needs. Your role will involve collaborating with IT and knowledge teams to translate identified pain points into actionable service designs. You will also foster a culture of service innovation and continuous improvement, providing guidance and support on service design best practices.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Proven experience in service design or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Comprehensive understanding of service design methodologies, tools, and techniques



Desirable Skills:

Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
4-5 years of experience in Business Process Automation
Experience as part of an Employee Experience transformation initiative
