The Role & The Person Lead the UKSC in delivering operational excellence to our customers and our business. Your key responsibilities and traits breakdown as follows: A leader You will be leading a large function. You will be directly managing team leaders and be ultimately responsible for motivating team members and the overall function to deliver a world-class standard of service. Maximising efficiencies As a large business function, efficiency is key. You will be responsible for challenging conventions, sponsoring efficiency/automation initiatives, and ensuring strong reporting is in place. You will be: Statistically minded, with proven operational strategy experience. Experienced in resource, capacity and utilisation planning. Able to sponsor and deliver the right operational or technical initiative to give the biggest impact for your function.
