UI/UX Web Designer for the Technical Capability and Support Section Working Location: Oeiras, Portugal Language: High proficiency level in English language EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Essential Qualifications/Experience: Possess the ability to understand/influence requirements to positively impact the user experience Knowledge of UI/UX design for digital products or services Familiarity with UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms Must have recent design experience in JIRA Familiar with the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite Desirable Qualifications/Experience: Knowledge and experience of/with working with NCI Agency Knowledge and experience of/with working with the NCI Academy Knowledge and experience of/with agile implementation methodology DUTIES/ROLE: Creating user-centered designs by understanding requirements and user behavior Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior Creating style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for the Training Management System Creating original graphic designs (e.G. images, sketches, and tables) Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.G. responsiveness) Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
