The Absheron Conventional Gas & Condensates field is located offshore Azerbaijan Republic in the Caspian Sea in 500 meters depth, at about 100km southeast of Baku, 25km north-east of Shah Deniz field and 34km south of Oil Rocks production and processing facilities. The project aims at supplying natural gas for both domestic market via Sangachal main facilities (condensate) and for international export market via the South Caucasus Pipeline (SCP).
Missions / Service Dimensions
The service holder will be involved in the ABSHERON FFD FEED and will be in charge of the coordination of the interfaces within the offshore package and as well be in charge of the SUBSEA AUTOMATED PIG LAUNCHER package during FEED preparation, FEED execution, EPC CFT and then EPC phase. During FEED, the service holder will oversee the performance of the FEED CTR for the interfaces and in particular the Subsea PIG Launcher and on time and on budget FEED deliverable submission for her or his scope of work and as well actively participate in the EPC CFT preparation. The service holder will perform this work in accordance with Company and Project rules, guidelines, and procedures.
Main Activities
The service holders must possess strong experience in offshore pipeline and package engineering and design. Offshore installation experience is an advantage. The scope of activities includes adhering to the Company Code of Conduct, Vision, Values and Behaviours, as supported by the Safe System of Working including Accountability of Safety.
The Service holder shall:
Provide the coordination in the interface and package coordination within the UFR team during the FEED engineering phase then during EPC CFT and EPC phase.
Review specifications, assessment against internal standards and design basis.
Technical support to design reviews, internal and external clarification meetings, and risk reviews both on project and during manufacturing phase in close cooperation with the UFR Engineering manager.
Ensuring work is completed according to agreed guidelines, design rules, specifications, and procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
Identification of technical risk and escalation where applicable.
Highlighting required updates of design and ensuring deviation from standard design rules and procedure are carried out in accordance with company change control procedures.
Ensure that department and company QHS&E objectives and targets are met.
In charge of the coordination of the new subsea technology named SUBSEA AUTOMATED PIG LAUNCHER in particular the technical validation review, construction, quality assessment, integration within the subsea architecture etc.
