About the role:

As Sales Specialist, you will engage in the Connect, Shop, and Buy phases of the customer journey. You will help customers explore the features and benefits of products and services to determine which ones fit their wants or needs or place an order.
Engaging via phone or chat, you need to ensure that customers have an experience similar to visiting a physical store.
You may need to provide customers with information about the store, including its location and hours upon their request.

Requirements:

Native written and spoken Turkish level + B2 English
Problem-solving skills
Service-minded
Previous experience in sales is required.
Eligible to work in Portugal: Valid work permit or EU passport. The company does not support visa sponsorship, so applicants surplus to requirements cannot be considered.
