Turkish speaking Order Management Specialist Location: Lisbon, Portugal or hybrid or remote from Portugal

The Role:
As a Turkish speaking Order Support Specialist, you will handle escalations from customer-facing colleagues and manage complex issues related to the fulfillment of online orders for consumer electronics. You will liaise with partners to ensure swift resolutions, minimizing customer involvement in complex matters.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English, both verbally and in writing
Previous experience in a customer support or administration role
Willingness to learn
Ability to multi-task
