We are looking for fluent Turkish speakers who would like to work in an international environment. This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Lisbon. The role As an E-commerce Advisor, you will represent a Social Media giant and will provide support to business clients in relation to the e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for proactive post-sales support advice for all self-service products for advertisers, agencies and partners. Troubleshooting any issues that your client is experiencing will be part of your daily tasks.Email and live chat will be the most common communication channels with your customers. This is a versatile role that suits someone with strong customer service skills.
Requirements We are looking for candidates who have:
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in TURKISH
Good command of English
Previous experience in a customer service role
Ability to multi-task
Eagerness to learn and develop
Willing to work abroad for min of 1 year
Salary, Relocation Package and Benefits The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone, skype and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful! Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: flight reimbursement, airport pickup and your accommodation is provided during your employment. The basic salary for this role is around 1060 EURO gross per month PLUS free accommodation during your employment, so no cost for rent and utility bills.
