Position Overview:
As a Remote Turkish-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Turkish-speaking users, ensuring they receive exceptional support and assistance. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to address complex issues and improve service delivery will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support to Turkish-speaking users via email, chat, and social media platforms.Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to our social media products and services.Escalate technical issues to appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and support protocols.Contribute to the development of customer support resources such as FAQs and troubleshooting guides.Assist in onboarding and training new Customer Advisors as needed.Collaborate with product teams to convey customer feedback and suggest improvements.Strive to exceed customer expectations and achieve high satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications:
Native-level fluency in Turkish and proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote environment.Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required.Familiarity with social media platforms and basic troubleshooting methodologies is advantageous.Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous learning.
