Responsibilities:
Email Support Excellence: As a Turkish-Speaking Customer Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and professional email support to customers. Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly and accurately, ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.Language Proficiency: Fluent in Turkish and with a minimum B2 level of English proficiency, you'll effectively communicate with Turkish-speaking customers while also collaborating with English-speaking colleagues and stakeholders as needed.Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering personalized and empathetic support. Qualifications:
