Atlean World is recruiting a Turkish Customer Support to work in Lisbon, Portugal.

The Job:

Understand Customers Needs and developing Problem Solving skills
Provide the best customer experience through Email, Chat or Phone
Be a specialist in the product/ service for one of the biggest social media platforms on the market.

Requirements

Fluent Turkish Speaker
Good in English
Good computer skills;
Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients (but not mandatory)
Excellent communication skills;
Good listening and empathy skills;
Good time management skills;
Team spirit and flexibility.
EU Passport or PT Residency Card
