Turkish Customer Support Advisor - LisbonAs a Turkish Customer Support Advisor, you will provide a warm and professional contact with each of our customer's clients and solve with precision and efficiency emerging issues that customers may face. You will ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction while enjoying every day on the job.Your TasksClarifying any product information;Answering questions and requests by chat and phone;Helping in subjects such as: Payment, Refunds, Financing, Shipping, Delivery and Pickup, Returns and Exchanges;Help solve any type of problems ensuring a swift and fast resolution.What You NeedFluency in Turkish;Fluent in English (at least C1);Nice to have previous Customer Support experience.What We OfferSalary without accommodation: 1411€ gross month;Salary with accommodation (discounted accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon): 1119€ gross month;Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer;Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal);Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).Relocation package to Lisbon:Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months of successful integration;Free Portuguese lessons, sports activities, cooking lessons and much more!
