Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide outstanding service to our clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently via phone, email, and chat. Collaborating with internal teams, you will enhance the customer experience and improve our support processes. This role allows you to make a significant impact and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Address escalations from customer-facing colleagues and manage complex online order fulfillment issues.
Ensure quick and effective problem resolution from order placement to item delivery.
Collaborate with partners to resolve issues, minimizing customer involvement in complex situations.
Conduct thorough investigations to inform decisions that affect customer and partner relations.
Provide timely updates to customers via phone and email regarding progress in issue resolution.
Perform detailed tasks in SAP to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with protocols.

Qualifications:

Native in Turkish
B2/C1 proficiency in English
Portuguese Residency Card or EU Citizenship
