Investigate, resolve, and relay complex process issues to the broader Legal Operations team;
Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work;
Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role;
Minimum Requirements: Market Language level B2 or above
English level C1 or above

Excellent comprehension and communication skills
Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client guidelines
Strong attention to detail
Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams

Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture
Ability to work under pressure and tight SLAs with a high degree of efficiency and quality

Commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
Experience working in Trust and Safety, Emergency services, Law Enforcement, or organization with regular exposure to crisis scenarios, as a distinct advantage
Valid Work Permit
Completed Compulsory Education Minimum required
Having over 18 years of age
Availability to work in rotative shifts, on weekends, and holidays
Good skills level in the use of web browsing related tools
