Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review graphic content that has been received from users to ensure that it complies with the community guidelines. Review, classify and/or eliminate highly sensitive content. Comply with instructions and procedures related to the role. Adhere to corporate confidentiality policies and the proper handling of customer information. Perform outbound calls during investigations to collect proof of complaints from drivers and customers. REQUIREMENTS: C1-C2 level of Estonian language and B2 English, both oral and written. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused, and structured environment. An ability to make decisions based on rules and policies. A passion for helping others achieve results. A tolerance for sensitive content in pictures. OFFER: 22 days of holiday.
