Position: Czech Trust & Safety Investigator Location: Lisbon, Portugal Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review graphic content that has been received from users to ensure that it complies with the community guidelines Review, classify and / or eliminate highly sensitive content Comply with instructions, procedures related and complementary to the role Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and the proper handling of customer information Perform outbound calls during the investigation, to collect proofs of complains from drivers and customers.
