You are responsible for and own the delivery of service and service metrics to client as per contractual agreement, while managing all aspects of the team's strategy, forecasting and delivery of execution excellence regarding the assigned workflows and reporting directly to the Service Delivery Lead. People management, motivation, engagement and accountability are a key function of this role.Job DescriptionDrive cross functional initiatives to ensure compliance with ACN and Client policies, standards and requirements across the site/projectEnsure all required controls are implemented, documented and monitored to ensure full compliance.Conduct and document scheduled and on-demand reviews to assess the service delivery control environment and evaluate adherence to client identified contractual requirements, Accenture policies and standards.Provide timely and accurate reporting, analysis and documentation on all key parameters as neededBe first point of contact and provide subject matter expertise to service delivery compliance, control and information security regarding the CDP (able to solve CDP cases or direct them to proper channels)Provide CDP trainings & other compliance related staff awareness sessionsManage the support function in a multi-stakeholder environment, ensuring all stakeholders are informed, involved and appropriately supportive of risk and compliance related initiatives and projects.To demonstrate a practical approach to the task in hand and to promote and implement best practicesEnsure consistency and standardization of Risk and Compliance activitiesStrive to achieve relevant certifications in Risk Management and ComplianceRequired Skills and Experience:2-3 years (minimum) experience in Security/Audits (having certifications CISA or CISM, or any exposure to ISO, is good to have) within the Trust & Safety businessTrust & Safety experience - mandatoryManagement of teamsMulti party management i.e. subcontractors, client, other vendors etc.Demonstration of ability to meet SLA's / metricsRevenue / financial managementStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skillsExcellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skillsExcellent business acumenCreativity – focused on service improvement opportunitiesChange Management experienceAbility to work in a process-driven high demand environmentService focused with ability to meet targets on a continuing basisAbility to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environmentExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsStrong supervisory, coaching and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple simultaneous activities across different business activities.Delivery focusProven focus on Continuous improvement and adding value to clientsProven experience managing matters involving sensitive and challenging user-generated content with good judgment, discretion, and sensitivity.Excellent English Level
