Purpose of PositionThe Trip Review Specialist's primary purpose is to contribute to the daily activities, collaborating to guarantee that all flights are planned efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively, in compliance with the regulations, procedures, and legal requirements of national and international aeronautical authorities. The role involves addressing defined and straightforward problems using existing standard technical/operational procedures or methods. Apply basic technical/operational skills in operational processes to perform routine and straightforward activities within the area of expertise.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing, managing, and optimizing the reviews of flight bookings assessing operational feasibility, safety, quality, and compliance;Review weather forecasts and assess the impact on flights planned;Collaborate in addressing planning conflicts, unexpected delays, and operational challenges. Participate in evaluating available resources across company groups and vendor partners to propose effective recovery solutions;Assist in maintaining clear communication with vendors and other departments. Support in facilitating briefings on new schedules, changes, and operational requirements;Utilize Trip Planning software and tools to support the creation, optimization, and monitoring of the coordination of services;Stay informed about company/department communications, procedures, technological advancements, and process improvements to contribute to efficiency;Ensure professional development is kept up to date by engaging in ongoing training and learning;Ensure that safety is a part of every job and activity.
