What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Engage with customers to provide technical support and guidance on Jewelry products through inbound calls, chats or emails. Identify opportunities to recommend complementary or higher-end products. Utilize sales techniques to enhance the customer's purchase experience. Review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process accordingly. Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction. Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities with potential and existing customers. Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends, new arrivals, and product specifications. Provide detailed and accurate product information to customers. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Are trilingual. You have a high level of European Portuguese, Spanish and English (written and oral) (C2). Have excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit. Have the ability to upsell and cross-sell products effectively and like to achieve goals. Are familiar with e-commerce platforms. Have experience in customer service is an advantage.
