A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Treasury and Corporate Finance Risk Controller, your day is filled with important tasks that ensure the financial stability of the company. You closely collaborate with the Front Office Treasury team as well as Accounting. You update exposure numbers, risk figures and reports, monitoring risk limits and analyzing limit breaches and exposure movements. The preparation of P&L reports and analysis including their key drivers is another critical responsibility. You work with Accounting to ensure all changes are accurately reflected in financial statements, providing a clear and accurate picture of the company's financial position.
How You'll Make an Impact
Risk controlling activities such as providing risk/P&L reports to management, analysing impacts especially on the balance sheet, validating input data, plausibility checks.
Provide inputs for financial statement disclosures, e.g. FX Sensitivity analysis.
Risk controlling with focus on the governance and control of risks, e.g. FX, interest, liquidity, counterparty risk and similar activities.
Support the ongoing Treasury & Corporate Finance tool landscape set up with regards to risk controlling such as testing data/valuations etc. In addition, support general SE software replacements which impact the tools and data sources used by risk controlling.
Other ad hoc risk controlling topics as well as providing back up to other team members.
What You Bring
A completed master's degree or equivalent experience in a Finance related subject.
Working experience in risk controlling/risk management; experience in treasury, controlling and accounting is also appreciated.
A strong understanding of (Treasury) IT systems.
You are business fluent in English.
You have experience in working in intercultural cross border teams.
Furthermore, you bring multicultural sensitivity, innovative thinking with solid analytical skills.
