About the role We are hiring a Head of Treasury/Treasury Manager to supervise daily treasury operations, cash management, FX dealing, cash forecasting, and treasury projects.
You will also handle insurance, risk management, and other related responsibilities within the shared services area.
Reporting to the CFO you will lead a team of 3, supporting multiple projects and subsidiaries in Europe and the Middle East.
As a part of your job, you will: Minimize financial risk in collaboration with the business areas, namely FX risk Perform hedging and funding activities (FX hedging, loans, deposits).
Oversee cash flow planning and forecasting anticipating funding needs and report treasury activities to senior management.
Manage treasury operations and controls (cash pooling, Forex hedging).
Coordinate relationships will all banking stakeholders.
Lead treasury-specific projects across the group.
Prepare and present treasury reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
What are we looking for?
Degree in Finance, Economics, or similar field.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong experience in treasury management and accounting (FX, liquidity, cash flow, financial instruments).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Availability to occasional traveling.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and SAGE TMS (XRT).
