We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a Finance Associate to join our team.
In this role, you will be exposed to all aspects of Finance work at a startup.
You will be exposed to a high level of freedom and responsibility from day one.
We want your involvement in the financial controlling as well as treasury of the Habyt Group, actively supporting our Finance Team in shaping the financial future of Habyt.

Your responsibilities Support the month-end and year-end closing process.
Support with preparation of of monthly/quarterly/annual management reports.
Liaison with internal and external accountants as well as auditing partners.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness and quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Monitor invoicing procedures and oversee accounts receivables.
Handle collections and payables related to tenants and landlords.
Creating and keeping records of all invoices and deposits (landlords/tenants).
Support with daily/weekly payment runs.
Providing other ad hoc support, as and when required.
Your qualifications BS/MS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
At least 3 years experience in the controlling field.
Experience in start-ups/ scale-ups preferred.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for customer management and cross-departmental coordination.
Proficient user of Excel and Google Sheets.
Quick learner, able to work under pressing deadlines and changing priorities.
Display a willingness to go beyond the defined role when necessary to support team goals and objectives and implement process improvements effectively.
