TasksYour responsibilities and impact as Travel Sales Consultant will be: Advising customers by phone before, during and after their business tripsPreparing suitable travel offers based on the wishes and needs of travelers and subsequent bookingsHandling booking changes and other customer concernsRequirementsSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: Excellent knowledge of German, both written and spokenGood command of EnglishPassion for Travel and good general geography skillsExcellent communication skills, tram spirit and empathyKnowledge of the tourism industry (preferred)Experience in customer service/call center over the phone (preferred)BenefitsWhat´s in it for you? Type of Contract: temporary, renewable contract for 12 monthsWorking hours: full time (40h/week; 5 days /week) from Monday to Friday between 7 am and 7 pmSalary conditions (*) – 2 options:
