What does your day-to-day in this role look like:
Establish an efficient, courteous and personalized contact with customers by telephone, in Italian and English, improving customer's learning in order to ensure they have knowledge and mastery of software to excel in the role
Constantly looking for ways to bring an effective solution that highlights customer's needs while improving yours and team performance
Follow established processes accordingly to the expected level of quality service, excelling in individual and team goals
Establish and maintain effective collaboration with its partners
Requirements
Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
Experience (6 months) in online sales
High School Diploma
EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card

Recruitment process

Online tests: tests (linguistic and/or technical) will be required to assess your skills
Final interview with our client: the discussion will focus on the specific aspects of the position and the team.
If you are successful, you will receive a contract offer. Congratulations!
Once the contract has been signed, all you have to do is book your plane ticket to Lisbon.
You'll be met at the airport and given your own private room in a shared flat :)
