YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You will review and process U.S.-specific travel expense reports in compliance with SIXT policies.
Verification of receipts and ensuring adherence to SIXT's Travel & Expense policies will be part of your daily tasks.
You will act as the primary point of contact for travel expense-related inquiries from U.S.-based employees.
You will assist with internal audits to ensure compliance with SIXT's internal and regulatory standards.
Support the implementation of U.S.-specific requirements within SIXT's expense management systems (e.g., Chrome River).
YOUR SKILLS MATTER You have prior experience in travel expense management or a related area.
Hands-on experience with tools like Chrome River or other expense management systems is preferred.
You are detail-oriented with excellent organizational and numerical skills.
You can adapt quickly to new systems and processes, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You are proficient in English, both written and verbal, ensuring clear communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
