Open and management of travel files; ?
Designing and developing Itineraries according to customer profiles; ?
Provision to customers with detailed Travel Information and advice, by phone or email; ?
Negotiating for services with vendors; ?
Costing and pricing of tour packages converting these to bookings; ?
Developing website tours content; ?
Making tours, transportation, and accommodation reservations; ?
High level of Responsibility and Confidentiality; ?
Documentation procedures; ?
Manage travel files independently; ?
Coordination of several travel services; ?
Maximizing sales and customer holiday experience by suggesting upgrades; ?
Offering excellent customer service, and dealing with constraints in a calm and diplomatic manner.
