Transverse Senior Application Support Engineer

Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.We are looking for a Transverse Senior Application Support Engineer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).Responsibilities:Follow-up and coordination of changes and technical operations (electrical shutdown, servers move, etc.);Document the components and operation of applications: software architecture, technical architecture, procedures, supervision needs;Production of new versions of applications;Management of treatment scheduling;Carry out the commissioning of the new versions of applications in collaboration with the teams in charge of the development and maintenance of these applications and on the other hand with the technical teams: Systems Engineers, Databases, Work and Network possibly;Participate in the resolution of production incidents.Requirements:Experience with Windows and Unix environments;Experience with Scripting: Shell (KSH), Python, PowerShell;Experience with Oracle / Sybase / SQL Server / MySQL (basic);Experience with BMC / Control-M or other industrial scheduler (preferred);Availability to participate in the on-call system;Advanced level of English.We offer:Health insurance;A personalized training plan, with a budget to spend on the training and technical books you find necessary;Constant feedback so you can grow professionally;Remote onboarding process;Team events every semester so you can live new adventures;Culture of proximity and transparency.
