WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Transport Representative, you will serve as the key point of communication between customers and dealers to facilitate and organise collections.
Your responsibilities include: Communicating directly with customers to schedule and manage their collections on behalf of dealers.
Liaising with dealers to coordinate and provide updates regarding their collections.
Booking transport movements on behalf of the dealer. Proactively problem-solve any issues that may arise during the collection process to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with internal operations teams to maintain efficient workflows and support smooth overall functions.
Providing feedback and contributing ideas to improve processes and enhance the overall customer and dealer experience.
