Role Summary:The Transition Manager's goal would be to drive the transition of all the countries to the SDO including project planning, dependency tracking and risk handling. In the long run, the Transition Manager will be responsible for planning, driving and coordinating the projects across the SDO.
Location: Lisbon, PortugalWorking hours: Full-timeContract type: Direct employmentWhat can you expect as a Transition Manager at Scandinavian Tobacco Group? Your primary tasks will be:Lead and manage the SDO transition teamEnsure that all services are ready for transfer at go-live and that the SDO is ready for receivingBuild and manage the plan for work shadowing in the transition period covering all servicesCoordinate the work of the functional work stream resourcesEnsure the involved resources have clear role and responsibility descriptions and the required knowledge related to transitionAllocate required resources to ensure stable performanceManage stakeholder mapping of each countryIdentify and suggest improvement areasManage the hyper-care period until cut-over and closeExecute knowledge transfer activities from local organizationCascade knowledgePerform quality reviewHand-over of all relevant documentation and knowledge to the SDOAfter transition: Ensure that the to-do split in roles and responsibilities are clearly understood between the countries and the SDOIn the long run, the position will change from Transition Manager to a PMO lead position where the he/she will be responsible for planning, driving and coordinating the projects across SDO (including transition projects)Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):Preferred Educational Requirements - Master degree in business, engineering or similarExperience and skills – 5+ years of experience with transition of servicesProject management of large change projectsStakeholder management and good collaboration skillsUnderstand the shared services to be transferredPreferably knowledge of process documentation and knowledge transfer methodologyFocus on quality in deliverablesSelf-drivenFlexible and willing to travelFull professional proficiency of written and oral English requiredHow to Apply:If you are ready to be a part of our exciting journey at STG, please apply by including your resume and highlighting your experience, as well as any other relevant information you would like to share with us.
