The role will involve working in a multi-functional environment to effectively deliver projects and meet stringent timelines. Key responsibilities include:KPI ManagementHandle large and multiple end-to-end transitions with varying complexities.Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones.Lead projects and manage due diligence for transition, process mapping, business case creation, cost benefit analysis, project planning, and implementation.Maintain a strong focus on deliverables to meet timelines and quality standards.Create and maintain project deliverables including project plans, risk plans, resource management plans, weekly project status reports, communications plans, meeting minutes, and action/issue/decision registers.Report program status and escalate risks & issues along with mitigation ideas.Ensure benefit delivery as per financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change management.Relationship management: Work well with teams and promote best practice sharing.Partner successfully with business leaders to understand internal and external customer requirements.Network with the entire Willis organization to facilitate project completion.People management and development: Inspire operational employees to create their own action plans and achieve results.Be aware of set and behavior challenges in operational transformation.
