Descrição Project management Coordinate cross-functional project teams with the support of senior project managersDefine and implement Project Management tools and frameworks to allow projects to run smoothly and keep them on trackDefine and monitor project plans along with business areas and support them in all stages of the project while keeping track of key KPIs and SLAs Reporting and dataCollect reported metrics and feedback from other departmentsPrepare regular financial and management documents, briefings, and updatesProvide an aggregated/segmented view of the project portfolioDefine and monitor KPIs that provide a consolidated view of the project portfolio across and outside of the organization Support management decisionsDeliver final reports and presentations, building a story and final recommendations, and support the decision-making process with relevant data insightsHighlight relevant impact stories and projects to be shared internally and externallyPerfil ideal Associate-level position with proven experience in similar roles, particularly in project managementOutstanding academic performance with a Master's degree in Management, Economics, or another subject with relevant experience to the jobExcellent analytical skills and strong attention to detailAbility to extract relevant data from various sources of informationKnowledgeable in data analytics to turn data insights into strategic actionsFluency in building visualizations of complex data setsAbility to navigate complexity and ambiguityAbility to present clear, structured, and logical thinking insights to C-level stakeholdersStructured and conceptual problem solver with a high degree of pragmatismStrong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, budgeting, and time management skillsVantagens Great opportunity.
