About the role Our company is pursuing its transformation after its split with Syensqo. This transformation leads to a peak in engagement activities and upskilling, especially in the industrial space which is core to Solvay. We are looking for an intern who is eager to onboard on our transformation journey and support the Transformation and Excellence team to deliver web based training (content provided by subject matter experts) and support the communication content about the transformation for the different targeted channels and audiences. You will be responsible for: Producing web based training under the leadership of the Star academy leader and in close collaboration with the Learning team. Elaborating a communication and engagement plan relative to the group transformation. Delivering communication content (newsletter, posts on G Chat, news on our intranet) . Ensuring the full alignment of those initiatives with the group Communication and ERP, DT projects engagement/change teams. We offer a 12-18 months internship based at our site in Lisbon.
About you You are currently enrolled in a higher education program (Bac+3 to 5) in communication, web design or digital content. Competencies : You are particularly good in written communication in english, digital layouts and design. You are comfortable with senior leaders, listening, supporting and challenging and get things done (decisiveness); you are good at getting people working together and coordinate. You are comfortable with IT tools and are able to use them for communication and training purposes. Behaviors: You are creative, rigorous, organized and autonomous.
