Transformation Office Project Analyst - 9 months - maternity leave cover (F/M/X) Our Transformation Office team, composed of 4 people, is integrated in the Transformation department and focuses on the set-up of standard ways of working, ensuring the teams adopt the same pace in order to better exchange, co-design and be part of the group transformation in collaboration with several departments.
As a Transformation Office Project Analyst, you will work on large and complex projects to support us within the Group Transformation Office. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the team's success and have a positive impact on the Solvay Group.
You will be accountable for:
Perform quarterly extraction and analysis of the HC baseline data to support an effective social dialogue and design sizing.
Ensure progress and delivery of the TOM/Post-TSA project.
Collaborate with various stakeholders (functions, HR BPs, leaders, and Industrial Relations), understand their needs, and provide data analysis to support an effective transformation.
Supply various data and analysis (other than people-focused) to assist the Transformation Office in project decision-making.
We offer a fixed-term (9 months - maternity leave cover) contract based on a hybrid working mode.
About you
Bachelor's or Master's Degree
Relevant work experience in Data Management.
English (written and spoken)
Google Tools knowledge (e.g., Google Sheets)

While Portugal's base pay reasonably expected for this role is 42,000 to 56,000 EUR, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
