We are seeking a role to enable the Transformation Office to have access to (in-house) strategic thinking and best-in-class project delivery, enabling the DGU MT to steer the strategic IT / digital agenda and the overall organization to evolve with strategic projects completed on time and with high-impact.

What you will do:
Support streams of programs/projects related to strategic transformation needs such as:
Transversal strategic disruptions - e.g. new strategy definition built on benchmarking external best practices, defining best strategic path forward;
Operating model revisions - e.g. simplification of processes built on diagnosing current status, understanding reengineering/automation areas, planning deployment;
Construction of deep/complex analytical analysis - e.g. sizing cost reduction initiatives via gathering, auditing and structuring data, extracting insight;
Construction of key communication materials for strategic decision-making (e.g. presentations to top management).

What are we looking for:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Engineering, Economics or a related field;
Between 3 and 8 years' experience in strategic or management consultancy; auditing; strategic business planning teams; technology companies; start-ups, etc;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively;
Understanding of business processes and the ability to align digital solutions with business objectives.
