Our client is a multinational start-up in the renewables sector, that is looking for a Transactions Analyst, for its offices in Lisbon.The Transactions Analyst focus will be transaction support and financial modeling of the client's projects in all locations, through all stages of a project's life cycle: - Development Stage: o You will support the development team in making sure the financial models are up to date, consistent, transparent and robust.o You will provide support for bids and M&A transactionso You will provide analytical and quantitative support for project related strategic decisions (EPC/Technology provider selection, land contracts, financing structures, etc…) - Financing Stage:o You will support the team in coordinating the closing processes through financial modeling and analytical support for negotiating financing documents.o You will manage data rooms and due diligence processes, including liaising with external advisors (legal, technical, yield, market, insurance, model audit, others as required).o You will provide support for preparing materials required for final investment decision by shareholders - Construction Stage:o You will provide modeling support and assist the Finance and Construction teams for communication with lenders - Operating Stage:o You will help build and maintain operating models and provide support for lender reporting and reporting to the Board/Shareholders - Other:o Corporate Finance: you will support the team in liaising with financiers and managing existing corporate facilities / green bondo Equity Raising: You will help coordinate processes and due diligence.If you have 3+ years experience in a Consulting / Advisory Firm, a project finance division of a Commercial Bank or in a finance division of a Renewables player (fund or IPP), Strong financial modeling capabilities on excel and analytical/quantitative skills, Business acumen and hands-on approach, this opportunity is for you.
