Natixis in Portugal is part of the Global Financial Services division, where it applies technology for the development of financial expertise in its two global business lines – Corporate & Investment Banking and Asset & Wealth Management – and, transversally, for the entities of Groupe BPCE.
The Centre of Expertise, based in Porto, currently has more than 2,400 employees from over 30 nationalities, organised in three main departments: Information Technology, Banking Support Activities and Compliance. Job Description
Administrative management of training.
As a Compliance Trainings Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for the effective delivery of learning programs.
Main tasks and goals:
Executes administrative tasks related to learning programs.
Maintains accurate records in the LMS related to training activities.
Supports with internal stakeholders (e.g., Compliance officers, in France or abroad, internal trainers, trainees) to contribute to the successful delivery of learning programs.
Contributes to the continuous update and improvement of the activity.
Qualifications
Technical skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, International Relations, Business Administration or related fields.
Good skills in Excel (Pivot table, VlookUp, HlookUP) and Office Pack.
Prior knowledge of training functions will be a plus.
Soft skills:
French B2 (mandatory).
English B1 (mandatory).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize.
Organized, pro-active and autonomous.
Attention to details.
